Use Your Investments To See Positive Change
We are comitted to bringing about positive social impact and transformation in Cambodia. In partnership with locally run NGO's we offer a portfolio of social investments to our clients. This is an opportunity for our clients to re-assign an amount of the profits made from their real estate transactions.
Some Examples
- Strategic social venture opportunities (e.g. financially investing in a mushroom farm to help disadvantaged residents of Cambodia earn a successful living)
- Subsidized housing opportunities for disadvantaged residents of Cambodia on land investments managed by the company.
- A rent-to-own solution for disadvantaged residents of Cambodia on property investments managed by the company.
- Charitable investments into established NGO's and local programs that provide employment opportunity to disadvantaged residents of Cambodia.

Company Ethics
Additionally, Cambodia Brokerage allocates 10% of net profits per year to Cambodian NGO's. These organizations invest in local projects and some key social challenges facing this country such as education, child trafficking and sustainable income for the poor.
We hold to an ethical code of land ownership and will not be involved with, and do not advocate, the use of forced resettlement, or other such methods, of people's ownership of land.
